Reservation Policies
A reservation is not required, but it is recommended, especially during peak season.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
During peak season, firm reservations are available for stays of 4 nights or more!
Deposit: 50% of the total price, per campsite
Cancellation fee: For cancellations up to 28 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a €60 processing fee.
From 27 days before arrival or in the event of no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and retained. Free rebooking to an alternative date (within 6 months) is possible up to 21 days before arrival.
During the off-season and shoulder season, firm reservations are available for stays of 2 nights or more!

Arrival and Departure
Before entering the campground, please check in at the front desk with your ID. While you are staying with us, emptying the wastewater tanks of RVs and filling up with fresh water is free of charge.
Check-in is available starting at 2:00 p.m. Check-out is daily from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. only—after 12:00 p.m., check-out is only possible by arrangement with camp management. During peak season, the following night will be charged in full. During the shoulder and off-peak seasons, a flat fee for an extended stay will be charged.
With us, you’ll receive a 10% discount with Camping Key Europe, DCC, CCI, and TCS (only during the off-season and shoulder season).
We would like to expressly point out that we enforce a strict quiet hours policy starting at 10:00 p.m.!

| You can obtain fishing permits only at the public swimming area if you have a valid fishing license. With this fishing license, you are authorized to fish in Lake Elbsee, including its inflow and outflow areas, from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. using no more than two fishing rods. You must comply with the legal regulations regarding minimum sizes and closed seasons. Pike: 60 cm; carp: 45 cm. Fishing from the swimming docks is not permitted. Scenic conservation area—please be considerate of the water lilies and reeds. Please keep the area clean. Feeding fish is not allowed. Launching boats along the shore is not permitted. Catch limit: 2 pike, 2 carp, or 2 eels. |
