I. Booking/Prices

Bookings can be made in person, by e-mail, via our homepage or by telephone.

(In the interest of the contracting parties, the written form should be chosen). Once we have accepted your booking, you will receive a written confirmation from us with the relevant information for your deposit. Only then will the contract come into force. Please check the written confirmation immediately to ensure that it is correct. If you notice any deviations from your booking or your booking request, a new agreement must be made immediately. In exceptional cases (e.g. arrivals at short notice) the deposit is not required.

The booking is confirmed as binding as soon as the deposit has been credited to our account. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the deposit has not been paid.

The descriptions and prices in the price list valid for the travel period apply exclusively to the contractual services.

Prices may be modified after conclusion of the contract/confirmation of reservation if the period between conclusion of the contract and provision of the service is more than 4 months. In this case, a corresponding price increase is permissible if the statutory VAT is increased or if costs for personnel, energy, etc. have increased in the camping sector. If the price increase amounts to more than 5% of the agreed price, the guest has a special right of termination within 2 weeks of becoming aware of the price increase.

Persons under the age of 18 are only entitled to stay if accompanied by an adult responsible for them or with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian who can be contacted by telephone.

Information provided by telephone is non-binding and therefore requires written confirmation. Ancillary agreements of any kind are only part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing and are therefore comprehensible.

II Arrival & Departure

The arrival and departure days stated in the booking confirmation are binding. The pitch is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. If you arrive after 6 p.m., please contact us by phone or e-mail, otherwise your pitch will be reassigned.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in arrival or early departure (e.g. bad weather etc.). The fees are also payable for the days not used.

III. parking spaces

If possible, we will take your pitch requests into account and reserve a specific pitch number. However, we do not guarantee pitch numbers. For booking reasons, the site management reserves the right to change the desired pitch number even after receipt of the deposit or booking confirmation.

IV. Payment

The guest shall pay the total amount in cash, by EC card or credit card (Martercard, Visa) on departure at the latest.

V. Resignation

You can only withdraw from the booking in writing, preferably by e-mail to info@elbsee.de.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation fee in high season:
  • If you cancel up to 28 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a €60 processing fee.
  • From 27 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and retained.
  • Free rebooking to an alternative date (within 6 months) possible up to 21 days before arrival.
• Cancellation fee in low and mid season:
  • If you cancel up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a €30 processing fee.
  • From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and retained.
  • Free rebooking to an alternative date (within 6 months) possible up to 21 days before arrival.

VI Dogs/pets

Leashes are compulsory on the entire site. Disposal stations are available for the animals’ droppings, which we expect you to use.

Registered dogs and mastiffs are not allowed on our campsite.
